We are currently in the development phase of Artemis Academy’s brand identity. After confirming the core color palette and typography system with the client, the focus has shifted toward logo exploration and refinement. The direction combines modern minimalism with celestial-inspired elements, reflecting the academy’s creative and intellectual foundation. Once finalized, the logo will form the basis of the website interface and comprehensive brand book, establishing a cohesive visual language across all touchpoints
Brand Book Development
Helvetica Neue was chosen as the primary typeface for Artemis academy because of its:
Clarity & Readability – clean, modern letterforms ensure easy reading across print and digital.
Neutrality & Versatility – it adapts well to both academic seriousness and approachable communication.
Timeless Design – Helvetica has a long history in design and branding, reinforcing the academy’s balance of tradition and modernity.
Professional & Trustworthy Tone – widely used by leading institutions, it conveys credibility and authority.
The colour palette for Artemis academy reflects the institution’s identity as an educational leader rooted in tradition, while also highlighting its unique setting in Bodrum, Turkey — a historic destination surrounded by the Aegean Sea. Inspired by the goddess Artemis, symbol of wisdom, guidance, and protection, the colours were chosen to balance classical heritage with a modern, approachable character.
Main Colour - Royal Blue: A deep, traditional shade of blue that conveys trust, knowledge, and prestige. Widely used by top universities worldwide, it anchors the brand in the realm of education and excellence while symbolising stability and intellectual depth.
Together, these colours create a harmonious identity that communicates knowledge, heritage, and openness — an educational brand that feels both rooted in tradition and connected to its unique coastal environment.
