Once a close-knit community of policemen and their families, living in a prestigious dormitory, found themselves surrounded by hundreds of strangers. This shift can be likened to the Tower of Babel, where over time, the residents “grew apart.” Despite speaking different dialects, the need for a strong community has never been greater. The transformation project aims not only to improve the living conditions of the residents but also to foster the development of a new, united community.
