Grocery Store

This project is an integral part of the street retail development in Brusnika's apartment buildings, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our residents by integrating a high-quality grocery store into our residential quarters.

To achieve this, we meticulously analysed our typical building block configurations to determine the most suitable locations for the store, ensuring it could be seamlessly implemented in every residential quarter. Collaborating with one of Russia's largest retail groups, X5 Retail Group, we customized their standard store design to improve both user experience and the work environment.
